Coast Guard offers early retirement to active duty officers

As part of the service’s ongoing effort to optimize the Coast Guard workforce, Rear Adm. Daniel Neptun recently issued a Flag Voice reminding active duty officers with more than 15 but less than 20 years of service of the opportunity to pursue early retirement via Temporary Early Retirement Authorization, or TERA.
