Human Capital Strategy: Updates to the temporary separation program

As one of the first “People” initiatives under the Human Capital Strategy, the temporary separations (TEMPSEP) program was reviewed and updated. The TEMPSEP program offers a unique opportunity for qualifying active duty members, who are considering separation, to retain a method for returning within two years of leaving active duty.
