VADM Currier addresses SAPR Summit

WASHINGTON — Coast Guard Vice Commandant Vice Adm. John Currier addresses participants of the service’s inaugural Sexual Assault Prevention and Response Summit, Tuesday, Sept. 17, 2013, at Andrews Air Force Base, Md. Currier emphasized the need for systematic change within the service to eliminate sexual assault in the Coast Guard.
