To maintain the enthusiasm leading up to the release of the Inspirational Leadership Award Winners and to continue the leadership dialogue, Mr. Charlie Coiro, an instructor and assistant department head at the Coast Guard Leadership Development Center, shares what inspires him to be a great leader. The Paratus Report is a workforce news program focused at keeping Coast Guard members informed of what’s happening throughout their Coast Guard.
