ALCOAST 378/18 – NOV 2018 SITREP 1: EARLY ACTION ITEM 2.E – IMPROVING LOGISTICS SUPPORT IN PUERTO RICO
This ALCOAST is the first SITREP on efforts to achieve the desired end state for establishing a Base in Puerto Rico and a Base Detachment in Borinquen.

ALCOAST 381/18 – NOV 2018 ADVANCE PREPARATIONS FOR UPCOMING LIMITED AVAILABILITY TO DIRECT ACCESS
This ALCOAST announces necessary preparations in advance of the scheduled period of
limited availability to Direct Access. This is required to support 2019 pay rate and other regulatory changes for the Coast Guard’s Human Capital Management system, Direct Access.

ALCOAST 387/18 – NOV 2018 COAST GUARD COMBAT VETERANS ASSOCIATION (CGCVA) NATIONAL CONVENTION
The Coast Guard Veterans Association will hold it’s biennial national convention Apr. 15-18, 2019 in North Charleston, South Carolina.
