Paratus Report: September 2018, episode 2

The newest episode of the Coast Guard Paratus Report is now live! The Paratus Report is a workforce news program focused at keeping Coast Guard members informed of what’s happening throughout their Coast Guard. The program is scheduled to air twice a month on the official Coast Guard YouTube channel, and right here on Coast Guard All Hands.

Operational Highlight:
The National Strike Force Coordination Center led a week-long incident response joint exercise at the Department of Homeland Security Center of Domestic Preparedness in Anniston, Alabama. Learn more about the NSF and its missions here.

The Hatch Act:
The Hatch Act is a law that prohibits federal government employees from engaging in certain political activities. Make sure you know what you can and can’t do – especially on social media.
