Paratus Report: July 2018, episode 2

The newest episode of the Coast Guard Paratus Report is now live! The Paratus Report is a workforce news program focused at keeping Coast Guard members informed of what’s happening throughout their Coast Guard. The program is scheduled to air twice a month on the official Coast Guard YouTube channel, and right here on Coast Guard All Hands.

Operation Dry Water
The Coast Guard helps combat boating under the influence of alcohol by teaming up with other local, state and federal maritime law enforcement agencies during Operation Dry Water each year.

Transition Assistance Program
TAP provides critical work-life training such as resume writing, job searching skills and financial management skills to members who will be separating or retiring from the Coast Guard. TAP also provides information on veteran benefits and other entitlements designed to support members after military life.

Visual Information Management System
You can help tell the Coast Guard Story! VIMS is a tool designed to help transfer photos and videos to public affairs specialists trained to evaluate their historical and news value. Your imagery may be used in news releases, social media, or Paratus Report segments.
