Paratus Report: July 2018, episode 1

The newest episode of the Coast Guard Paratus Report is now live! The Paratus Report is a workforce news program focused at keeping Coast Guard members informed of what’s happening throughout their Coast Guard. The program is scheduled to air twice a month on the official Coast Guard YouTube channel, and right here on Coast Guard All Hands.

Parental Leave Policy Change!

The Coast Guard has just announced an expansion to the parental leave policy following the birth or adoption of a child. The new policy applies to all members who are birth mothers, fathers, same-sex couples, as well as adoptive and surrogate parents. More details can be found in this ALCOAST message or this press release.
