171/17_ALCOAST – 2017 Federal Employee Viewpoint Survey (FEVS)

In order to effectively achieve our mission, it is important that every member of our Coast Guard’s voice be heard. During the week of 11 May 2017, the Office of Personnel Management (OPM) released the 2017

Federal Employee Viewpoint Survey (FEVS) to a random sample of Department of Homeland Security (DHS) employees. We hope that every Coast Guard employee surveyed will take the time to entrust us with your valuable feedback so that we can continue to make the Coast Guard a better place to work. Based on previous FEVS results, Coast Guard leadership has implemented several improvements.
